Overview

Valve actuators are play a significant role in many industries, automating a wide range of processes. Actuators have a variety of functions including automatic switching, safety, process control and diagnosis. These actuators may be electric actuators, pneumatic actuators or hydraulic actuators, depending on the application being used. Actuators can be used in automation processes so that when a process reaches a certain point, the programming tells the actuator to open or close the valve.
